What excites me most about my work today is helping leaders meet moments they are rarely prepared for. Moments where pressure is high, the path is unclear, and how they show up shapes what follows.

 

Leadership is human work. It lives in conversations, decisions, and the quiet doubts people carry. I help leaders find clarity, connection, and confidence early enough that they can lead with intention rather than reaction.

 

Over more than two decades in MedTech and healthcare, I have led national sales teams, launched pioneering technologies, and scaled businesses across Fortune 500 companies, private equity-backed firms, and venture-funded startups. I have built and rebuilt teams, managed portfolios exceeding $500M, and worked in highly regulated clinical environments where decisions carry real consequences.

 

Along the way, I learned that the hardest part of leadership is rarely the work itself. It is the people, the pressure, and the moments no one prepares you for. I learned that speaking what you believe can build trust and clarity, and at times cost influence. I learned that leadership requires judgment, self-awareness, and choice, especially under pressure.

 

These lessons are the foundation of my work today and of New Leader Activation™, a behavioral framework I co-created to help new leaders establish clarity, credibility, and momentum within their first 90 days. I partner with leaders at pivotal moments, particularly during transitions where early behavior shapes execution, trust, and culture.

 

My coaching is client-centered and behavior-focused. I work to evoke awareness, choice, and demonstrated behavior change, grounded in lived operating experience and informed by formal training. I hold a Master’s in Organizational Leadership, am a Certified Professional Coach, and maintain ICF certification. I work selectively with leaders and organizations where alignment, trust, and timing matter.

 

Based in Connecticut, I work with clients in person and virtually.
