INDIVIDUAL EXECUTIVE COACHING
Purpose and Values Based Inquiry, Action Setting/Execution

The goal of the coach is to partner with clients to increase their self-knowledge and effectiveness to achieve transformation that delivers long-term positive impact both in and out of work. Coaching is based on connection, trust, and support between coach and client.

Coaching requires the coach to meet the client where they are at, to be vulnerable, and impartial, to have empathy, and to remain curious. The coach sees the client as the expert in themselves. The coach is a trusted thought partner.
Change takes time. Coaching sessions last an hour and are often held weekly to start and move to monthly or as needed. Coaching engagements typically begin with a 90-day plan to work together and can be terminated or renewed based on the client's wishes.
PERSONALITY ASSESSMENT
The Better We Understand Ourselves, The Better We Understand Others

Values Exercise identifies what values and what meaning they have to the client. This supports an understanding of their motivators and sources of conflict.
Myers Briggs MBTI Step II is a personality type assessment that hits at the heart of who someone is. It can help you understand the DNA of an individual’s personality, revealing what makes them different to others of the same four-letter type. The result is a highly personalized profile and development plan that is perfect for coaching, action planning, and building cohesive teams.
True Colors draws on the work of Isabel Briggs-Myers, Katherine Briggs, and David Keirsey, the system called True Colors uses four primary colors to designate personality types and behavioral styles. The objective of the application is for temperament or personality style to facilitate deeper communications and understanding.
